Food Journal - 2/15

Breakfast

  • Almonds
Lunch
  • 7 honey mustard wings with all the bone and fat included
Snack
  • Muscle Milk
Dinner
  • Hamburger patty with guacamole on top
  • 2 sausages

I guess this makes up for the piles of food I ate yesterday. I really should be eating more. I just not hungry when I drink lots of water.
