Food Journal - 2/17

This is why I want to keep a food journal because even thinking back like a day or two and I start to forget....

Breakfast
Ham and Cheese Omelet

Snack
Muscle Milk

Lunch
Chicken Chow Mein (Its chicken and veggies)
Egg Foo Young (Its basically a chineese omelet)

Dinner
Iceberg Wedge with Blue Cheese - I apparently get very sick after eating blue cheese
Broccoli and Cheese Soup
