Food Journal - 2/16

Breakfast

  • 2 Eggs
Snacks
  • Low carb cereal bar thing
  • Muscle Milk
Lunch
  • Salad and grilled chicken
Dinner
  • Hamburg patty with guacamole
I really REALLY need to eat more. Shame on me.... good thing I didn't work out. I'm really going to try and eat more today I promise, especially since i'm working out today.
